TOURNAMENT :         6 Age Groups in 2 categories (Boys & Girls) / 8 rounds Swiss System

                                    ALL PLAYERS WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED TO PLAY IN THEIR OWN AGE-GROUPS

Time Control:  45 min. + 30 sec. increment from move 1 – All moves must be recorded.

Participants are requested to bring along their I/C or Birth Certificate at all time for verification.

ENTRY FEES:      RM40.00 for ALL AGE-GROUPS (Registration after closing date on 07.03.12 – RM80.00). ENTRIES AFTER  07^TH MARCH 2012 WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY AT THE DISCRETION OF THE ORGANIZERS.

Direct submission of entry form with cash payment to Abd Hamid Majid, Gregory Lau or Lim Tse Pin not later than 07^th March 2012 (1300 hrs). Registration can be done personally on 3^rd and 4^th March 2012 at Dato’ Arthur Tan Chess Centre, 4^th  Floor, Parking Bay ,Wilayah Complex, Jln. Munshi Abdullah, KL from 0930 –1300.

The top 4 players (based on tie-break results) from this event shall qualify for representation to WORLD, ASIAN, ASEAN & other Age-Group events subject to acceptance of conditions of all Malaysian Chess Federation regulations.
