Organization:  Myanmar Chess Federation under the auspices of the Myanmar National Olympic Council.

Venue:  Zabu Thiri Hotel, Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar.

Date:  29th July - 5th August, 2013.

Format and Time Control:  Round-Robin (or) [Swiss >10 Players];

International Chess Standard (Men & Women):  90 minutes for the first 40 moves followed by 30 minutes for the rest of the game (No increment).

Traditional & ASEAN Chess Standard (Men): 90 minutes (no increment).

Chess 960 Rapid (Men): 25 minutes (no increment)

International, Traditional & ASEAN Chess Rapid (Men, Women): 25 minutes (no increment)

Transfer Chess Blitz (Men Pair, Mixed Pair):  5 minutes (no increment).

International, Traditional & ASEAN Chess Blitz (Men, Women):    5 minutes (no increment).
